Decision of the Board of Directors of Quest Holdings S.A. for the purchase of own shares

Following the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26.06.2020 approving the purchase of own shares in accordance with article 49 of the Law 4548/2018, the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 8.01.2021 the following: During the period between 8.01.2021 and 31.12.2021, the Company can purchase up to 500,000 own shares with a minimum purchase price of one euro (€ 1) and a maximum of twenty euros (€ 20) per share.
