Quest Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to the law.3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr Emil Yiannopoulos, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, purchased on June 25, 2021, 1.100 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 15.347,72.
