Quest Holdings S.A. informs that its 100% indirect subsidiary “Xilades Energiaki S.A.” on the 21st of January 2020 acquired the total number of the shares of the share capital of the company under the name "PHOTOVOLTAICA PALIOMILOS S.A." for a total consideration of € 1.9 m. including net debt.

"PHOTOVOLTAICA PALIOMILOS SA" owns a photovoltaic power station of 0,985 MW at the Municipality of Almiros, Prefecture of Magnisia.
