Quest Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Theodore Fessas, President of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on 3 December 2019, 150.000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 1.110.000.
