(the Company) announces pursuant to the law.3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr Fessas Dimitrios, a person closely associated with Mrs. Fessas Theodore, President of the Board of Directors of the Company, buy on April 20, 2022, 5.000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 29.950,35.
