Following the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26.06.2020 approving the purchase of own shares in accordance with article 49 of the Law 4548/2018, the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 14.07.2020 the following: During the period between 15.07.2020 and 31.12.2020, the Company can purchase up to 500,000 own shares with a minimum purchase price of one euro (€ 1) and a maximum of ten euros (€ 10) per share.
