Uni Systems: AI as a Strategic Pillar, People at the Core of Sustainable Growth

Steady growth, strong financial performance and international digital footprint mark the 2025 results

Athens, April 28, 2026 – The dynamic and sustainable growth trajectory of Uni Systems was highlighted by the company’s CEO, Yiannis Loumakis, during the presentation of the company’s financial and operational results and key figures for 2025, during a press briefing held on April 27 at Aigli Zappeiou.

The company, which is currently active in more than 25 countries and serves over 300 clients, recorded revenues of €268 million (+11%) and EBITDA of €28.5 million (+22% YoY). The EBITDA margin stood at 11.2%, while the revenue CAGR for the period 2021–2025 reached 15%. Notably, the backlog for the period 2026–2030 amounts to €671 million.

The largest share continues to come from international markets, with €125 million representing 48% of total turnover, confirming Uni Systems’ outward-looking orientation. This is followed by the financial and banking sector, the public and the private sector.

At the same time, revenues from the company’s digital solutions reached €83 million, marking a +16% increase, driven by targeted investments in its core digital pillars: Artificial Intelligence & Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services and Customer Experience.

Within this context, Uni Systems’ CEO referred to the company’s AI-first strategic direction, presenting Synthesis AI, a comprehensive digital transformation model that integrates Artificial Intelligence across all its solutions and services, with a human-centric approach. Synthesis AI is a unified operational framework connecting AI with broader business and technological transformation, reflecting the company’s AI-first strategy in its internal operations, where it has already been implemented for one year, as well as in the solutions it delivers to the market.

Uni Systems employs more than 1,800 professionals from over 45 nationalities, and in 2025 proceeded with 344 new hires. Strong emphasis is placed on continuous learning, with more than 25,500 hours of training, focusing on digital and AI skills.

A key pillar is the Research, Development and Innovation sector, which, in collaboration with the Pleiades Innovation Ecosystem, manages Memoranda of Understanding with the municipalities of Kalamata, Halki, Palaio Faliro, and Kos, signed during the previous year and now progressing through a series of implementation actions. In parallel, 2025 concluded with the approval of 7 new proposals under European research programs, bringing Uni Systems’ total participation to 76 approved projects.

Referring to Uni Systems’ future plans, Mr. Loumakis emphasized the further strengthening of the company’s international presence beyond EU institutions, as well as its expansion into the defense industry sector, in response to geopolitical developments and European initiatives, through the implementation of projects incorporating its AI-first strategy. He also noted that technological self-sufficiency is a key factor in geopolitical stability and strength. Additionally, when asked about the end of the RRF, he pointed out that it signals a new phase in the project cycle.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the Board of Quest Group, Mr. Theodoros Fessas. Also in attendance were Vice Chairwoman Ms. Effie Koutsoureli, CEO of Quest Group Mr. Apostolos Georgantzis, Deputy CEO Mr. Markos Bitsakos, Chairman of Uni Systems Mr. Michalis Tsamaz, as well as the directors of the company’s Business Units.
